"Beautiful & friendly staffs"

"Not the best, but not the worse. The Hotel needs updating, no in room safe or microwave if you have kids. Found ants in a few drawers and bathtub. Housekeeping is not avaliable until after your stay. Loved how close the hotel is to the falls, restaurants and other attractions. Hate that parking fee is expensive $50 plus tax per day is alot. I am still waiting on my deposit. Overall not a bad stay. Kay. 🇺🇸 "

"Pool was good but make sure to bring towels from the front desk. Upgraded room was worse than our original room. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. In court room 3 they play the music all night. It was a bit much. Elevator didn’t work which sucked due to dance bags etc. parking was difficult. "

"We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions. Definitely spend the extra money for a “Superior” room to stay in one of the upper levels. The view is *chef’s kiss*!! We easily enjoyed the falls light show every night and had we been there during peak times we would have had front row views for the fireworks as well. "Beautiful hotel. Recently renovated. We were upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the falls. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Some construction going on so it was a little noisy at times. They were having issues with the elevators also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel is older but it’s clean which is most important to me. Parking can be difficult if it’s fully booked but they tend to manage that well. There is no mini fridge but just come prepared if you need to with a cooler and make use of the ice machines. "

"Parking was great. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so be aware that if you need it for 6:30am there is zero flexibility. Are would have been great BUT our wall adjoined the elevator bay so was up ALL night listening to those busy elevators stoop on every floor all night. The smoke alarm blinks fluorescent green all night right next to the beds and there was no bathtub in our room which surprised me. Just a shower. All things to be aware of. "
