The place was 10/10 amazing. Host was super helpful and gave us a complete walkthrough of the city to help us with our time there and his food recs were great. Amazing location too inside the walls. Plus he found us free parking like advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is well located in the old city. The room is tiny but well furnished. The communication with the host was easy. The host gave us plenty of recommendations. Just be aware that the wash machine is only available for the biggest apartment and not in all of them.

Great place!
Great location in the old town! Very close to one of the gates. A short 5 mins walk to the free parking place. Also close to the passage way going up to the fortress. Have good restaurant and ice cream shop in 2 mins nearby. The owner of the place is very nice and polite. Fast response to messages and calls. Also shared a lot of histories and travel tips of Kotor. Thanks!

Nice apartment right in the heart of Old Town Kotor. The space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and also includes a washing machine. The owner is very knowledgeable and informative on places to visit and things to do in the area. If you come by taxi it is a short walk from just outside the city walls. There is a grocery store just outside the walls as well and it’s about a 5-7 minute walk. The space is located up a few flights of stairs and above a bar. It does get a bit noisy in the evening so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. All in all a great place to stay in the heart of Old Town Kotor.

Best experience ever! During our stay we found ourselves in a real bind and when we informed the owner he was so supportive and caring. Not only is Studios Belvi a great place to stay but the owner demonstrated that there really are caring and helpful people who look beyond the current day. Apartamento bien situado en la ciudad de Kotor
Radohin ha sido muy atento durante la estancia y el piso estaba muy limpio. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado (dentro de las murallas) y se puede llegar en poco tiempo a las principales actividades, aunque está situado encima de un bar con mucha vida nocturna (genial si te apetece tomar unas copas, pero a considerar si prefieres descansar durante la noche). Respecto al apartamento, dispone de lo necesario. Las camas son muy cómodas, aunque el sofa cama (de una plaza) no dispone de aire acondicionado directo. El parking gratuito se encuentra relativamente lejos del apartamento, ya que es un parking público (aparcas en la calle) fuera de la ciudad amurallada. Aún así, muy buena estancia.

Great experience in the heart of the Old Town
Först och främst är Kotor en vacker stad för alla smaker, från kultur, restauranger och sport. Närheten till havet och berget ger obegränsad upplevelse. Under vår vistelse njöt vi av både stranden och solen samt en mulen dag med vandring i berget runt Kotor. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig. Han hjälpte oss med praktiska ärenden som bokningar men var också tillgänglig för en pratstund och frågor om staden och dess historia. Jag rekommenderar detta boende.

Sweet spot in an amazing city!
The location of this apartment within the walls of the city is unbeatable. It's great to be able to stop back in during the day to drop off packages (which you'll have) or pick up something you need. The best part of the apartment is your host who will sit you down at check-in and give you advice and restaurant info. Do the boat tour he recommends, it's wonderful! He is also always available for questions at any time. I texted him many times and always got prompt responses. But this spot is not for everyone. There are stone steps to climb to get into the building and it is upstairs from a very popular bar so if you tuck in for the night at 9pm, you may want to opt for something more out of the way. The apartment is not fancy but has everything you need and if location is your top priority this is great choice. It's a 10 minute walk from the bus station and the host arranged a 20 euro cab drive to the airport.

A welcome stay in the perfect spot.
A wonderful place to stay in Kotor. The apartment is in the fantastic location, close to everything. We found it very comfortable and easy to use. The host is lovely and we had plenty of useful recommendations to help us plan our time. Would thoroughly recommend and we will certainly be back!

The owner was helpful upon checkin by meeting us and showing us where to go. The area itself is fabulous. This spot is in old town and close to everything. We ended up parking in paid parking which cost €10 per day. We were also provided restaurant suggestions and discounts. Great stay and would recommend.

Great location can be a bit noisy at night from the bars and restaurants downstairs. Loft room was good bathroom very small but useable. TV was very old style and not smart. Washing machine in bedroom but worked ok, limited clothes drying facilities. Host was very accommodating. No reception so need to arrange arrival time beforehand.

The host was excellent. He took time to greet us upon check-in, show the map of the places we should visit, organise a Podgorica airport transfer, take us to restaurants (we arrived late at night, so he wanted to make sure where we can find places to eat), and also he let us leave our luggage (in fact, a late check-out at no additional cost, given it's quiet being winter) until we were ready to leave in the afternoon for our flights. All these immensely helped our visit in Kotor, and made things a lot easier for us. Really appreciate everything!! Kotor is a beautiful town, and the Montenegro locals were so helpful and friendly. (To be honest, quite a comparison to our experience in Croatia, in a pleasant way!)

Great stay in Old Town
Had a great stay in Kotor at this place. Radonja was a fabulous host, and made sure I knew everything important about Kotor. It's in a great location to access everything there is to do. There is a busy bar downstairs, so it's not a quiet retreat, but the location is completely worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

The space was darling and unique, a sitting room, small kitchen, and bath on first level, bedroom on second. Very easy to get to from the bus station - just 7 minutes away. The host was wonderful! He was so helpful and kind and made us feel at home.

De studio heeft een zeer kleine badkamer en een mini keuken, ik zo er niet willen koken. De kamer zelf is erg ruim. Het grote probleem was dat het zeer luid is op de kamer met de muziek van 2 bars die er vlakbij liggen, zelfs met alle ramen en luiken gesloten. Dus tenzij je van plan bent om niet voor 2 uur te gaan slapen, kan ik het echt niet aanraden.

The place had amazing location. Great room. Lovely bed and kitchen and bathroom. 10/10. The host is really nice and recommended me all sorts of things which was good. The only thing was that the address wasnt accurate on Google maps atleast. But just contact the owner then you'll find it. I asked a local which knew the host.

Dit appartement, in het midden van Old Town, heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten er één nacht en dat was ideaal om de oude stad te ontdekken met behulp van de vele tips die we kregen van de eigenaar. De eigenaar nam echt de tijd om ons een warme welkom te geven. Zijn hartelijke ontvangst zorgde voor een onvergetelijke city trip.

Situated in an unbeatable location inside the walled city. The studios are small but comfortable, well-lit, spotless, with excellent WiFi and very friendly staff. Despite the advertisement and the driving instructions mail to guests by this property, it has no parking facilities whatsoever and you must find your free/paid spots outside the walled city.

Excellent choice! Exactly what I wanted! Restaurants, bars, shopping area within walking distance! Even the boat tour was within 7 mins walking! There is a bar down the apartment so full of live! The owner, Radonga, gave us directions and recommendations about restaurants ams tours! He even drove us to the airport! Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back!

A pleasant stay in the heart of Kotor Stari Grad
We chose to stay at Studios Belvi during our 9-day Montenegro trip early this month based on the excellent reviews we read on this site. I'm glad we chose Studios Belvi! It's strategically situated in Kotor Stari Grad: it's right across the Kotor Cultural Center Gate that connects the Stari Grad to Kotor's main arterial road and the port promenade, and it's a 2-minute walk to the Gurdic Gate that connects the Stari Grad to the commercial part of the city (there are a supermarket, at least two gas stations, and some great restaurants nearby). Make sure to tell your driver from/to the airport to drop you off/pick you up at the Cultural Center Gate instead of the Main Gate so you won't have to drag your suitcases along the alleyways! Our room was perfect and clean with a great layout: the twin beds were arranged at a proper distance from each other, there were a table and two chairs, an armoire, a good size fridge, an electric stove, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom was very small by the American standards, but it worked out well for us. Our host Radonja was the best host ever! He was very communicative and helpful. He hosted a morning coffee for us on our first day in Kotor, explained the Kotor map to us, and gave us all the useful information about Kotor. He also allowed us to use his parking spot for our rented car for free. On our last night in Kotor, he took us to the best BBQ dinner in town! Thank you, Radonja! I highly recommend Studios Belvi to anyone visiting Kotor.

Amazing find - right in the Old Town
Lucked out with this place. Right in the middle of the action. Nice rooms and 2 floors down night life, music, history, hikes. Kotor is amazing and this place was right on top of it. Will definitely go back.

This apartment was great. Convenient location and comfortable, stylish furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedroom has a nice extra seating area, so a single person or couple could have an extended stay quite easily. The owner made some great recommendations for places to see and eat. I would definitely stay here again!

I was greeted by the host (sorry I forgot his cool name), and he walked me through everything i needed to do to have a wonderful stay in Kotor. Sat down with me upon arrival and provided me a map with multiple significant stops, a place out of town to visit, and great restaurant recommendations. We had an exciting thunderstorm my last night which was a treat. Studio has literally everything you need and would comfortably stay 2 people. Location is also perfect - closest to the east side entrance and a 5 - 10 minute walk from the bus station. No stairs as i'd feared until you get to the set to get to the apartment. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, führte uns auf kostenfreien Parkplatz (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und half mit dem Gepäck. Im Bad roch es etwas unangenehm, sonst sehr sauber. Lage in der Altstadt zentral, aber bis 1 Uhr laut. Morgens um fünf wurde in der Bar nebenan Altglas entsorgt. Die Küche war gut, klein aber voll ausgestattet (auch Salz, Zucker...)

This is all you need for a stay in Kotor, well located in the centre of the old town but with the windows closed and air conditioning on it is very quiet. The host is extremely helpful as to what to see and made an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Highly Recommended
We had a great stay - the apartment is well stocked and super clean. The owner was amazing - he checked us in, helped with our luggage, provided us with snacks, beer, juice & water, gave us detailed plans/map of the area, recommendations and even gave us a walking tour. This wasn't a problem for us but just so you know, the apartment is in the old town so cars are not allowed in and parking was on the street which was about 2 blocks away. Great place, excellent host, beautiful city - highly recommended,

Studios Belvi was in a perfect location, just inside the walls of Old Town. We could walk everywhere! They were very hospitable and provided us with tips and a map to make the most of our stay in Kotor.

Good location, helpful host who provided welcome drink and suggestions of what to do in Kotor and answering any questions. Also shared a drink/chat with host inbar downstairs. Room was a little noisy but so would all be old town, a blind over the kitchen window would be good for privacy as near bathroom.

We were right in the old town of Kotor. So it was very convenient. The host was very communicative and greeted us with refreshments, as well as giving us information that made our stay easier. We enjoyed the music from the pub below, and would definitely recommend a stay here

Location wise it is a perfect spot to explore kotor old town, because it is at the heart of the Old town. The downside of this is that it gets really noisy as the city is very lively at night; there will be loud noises of people and music until 1 am in the morning. However, the only issue is with the wifi, it gets disconnected quite often and the speed of the internet fluctuates (unstable). Price, facilities, and amenities are okay. Host is very accommodating, informative, helpful, and kind too. Would recommend this place if looking for strategic location and price friendly place to stay.
