"Friendly staff, superb breakfast and clean beach"

"It's a well maintained boutique hotel. The food is very tasty and the staff are very polite and helpful. We were upgraded with a huge family room with a mezzenine floor."

"No hot water. Lots of mould in the room. Not clean what so ever. Will never be back. Staff did what they could but …."

"Kettle and TV should be provided in the room."

"The room was very basic, the staff were polite but not that helpful"

"De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

"Hotel manager was friendly. Had a good stay but hot water was not available."

It’s a very Kerala hotel, dark wood, space and carved wood. Friendly staff. It coups do with a bit of modernisation, but what you need will work. It’s very personal. I hade been there a year before...
