"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"Property was really beautiful,.light house and sea was clearly visible from the balcony, two downsides were that there was crack in the bathrooms door and the telephone for the room service, restaurant eas not working properly"

"Ce n'est peut-être pas le TAJ auquel on s'attendait mais c'est le plus bel hôtel de Kovalam. La situation est exceptionnelle, le cadre est magnifique. Des chambres cosy dans un jardin luxuriant. Un repas dans le restaurant qui borde la mer d'Arabie, un moment inoubliable. A ne pas rater."

"Bokningsbeskrivning motsvarades inte av vad vi möttes av på hotellet.. Det var vissa klagomål av mindre kaliber men de dök upp hela tiden. Svårt att få gehör hos chefen på stället. Personalen på stället verkade rädda för vad chefen sa. Köket var av varierande kvalitet. Det tog tex. 45 minuter att få kokta/ steka ägg med te och bröd vissa gånger. Visst, vi var lediga men så ska det inte vara.. Vid ankomsten möttes vi av andra personer som bott där och de avrådde oss att ta in på stället. "

Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. Ambience is good, Spa is good, offered good discounts..Travel to and fro is...
