I'm from Canada, so I was enticed by the name Canada Hotel. What a shame. The shower head is broken and water shoots everywhere. Caulking is all molded. Water leaks into bedroom. Shower gel bottles look like there is poop on them. Shower handle broken. No toilet paper holder. Only 1 outlet in the room. Room much smaller than shown in pictures. Mattresses are thin and compressed. Pillow cases are dirty. Wall tiles are broken. Ceiling unfinished. I wish I could give 0 star. What a rip-off!

This is, without question, the WORST hotel I have ever dealt with. I strongly urge everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable. I contacted them through WhatsApp and was simply IGNORED. No response. No explanation. Nothing. And despite completely failing to communicate with me, they still REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND. This is an appalling way to treat a paying customer. People spend their hard-earned money and look forward to their trips, especially a trip to Hong Kong, only to have their experience ruined by this kind of outrageous and irresponsible treatment. I am absolutely furious and disgusted by the way I was treated. I have rarely experienced such a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic respect for a customer. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. I would NEVER stay here, I would NEVER book with them again, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help if I had a question for them. The location of the hostel is in the heart of Kowloon, with a lot of dining and entertainment options in the area.

This was a room where the photos online made it look a little bigger than it actually was. The hallways are super narrow, so large luggage will be a challenge. This hotel is a little hard to find because it's located just inside this partial indoor shopping area where ALL the currency exchanges are at and at the entrance to the street are all these guys trying to pass out flyers and sell some hotel business or something to you every time you pass them. The bathroom was in a pretty sorry state where the toilet bowl water flows outside the tank into the bowl below. And there were tiny little bugs scurrying on the floor of the bathroom. But it did have a water kettle at least, and it was blessedly close to the waterfront.

Tight but manageable

My recent stay at this hotel, though with snug rooms and compact bathrooms, was surprisingly delightful. The clever design maximized space efficiency without compromising comfort. The room was fairly clean and had moderate amenities. Despite the size, the room did the job. It was equipped with the needed amenities such as your shampoo and body wash and a plug to charge your devices. Ultimately, if you value a cheap yet central location and don't mind a tight room then this is for you.

I would not call this a hotel, but a hostel. And it’s probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was only one elevator and my room was on the 15th floor. There was always a lineup and a wait to get upstairs. In the bathroom you had to stand over the toilet to have a shower. It seemed to be clean, but because of the age of the place, it didn’t really look like it. Even though the bed was small, I can say that it was comfortable. Will I stay here again probably not.

The property is in the middle of the crowded main street, quite difficult to find the entrance to the building but once at the floor 0, you can immediately tell what you're up against. Riding the elevator to the 'lobby', you'll have to find the right door for them - tiny sign and they do not fully support late check-ins. We were almost stuck as we cannot contact them, thankfully they have cameras set up and the staff was able to assist. The room is the highlight - it was unacceptable. Very small, terrible condition bathroom, rustic water, moist flooring, moldy odor, dust everywhere. We did not last longer than 5 minutes and immediately looked for another hotel. This should not be offered to guests at all especially at the price they charge. The vendor needs to update their listing with updated pictures so people know what they're getting into. Even Expedia could not assist me with the refund, the property refuses to cooperate.

Opció assequible al cor de Kowloon.

Més que reservar una habitació estàs reservant un petit quarto amb el seu petit bany, pensant que estareu al centre de Kowloon, a prop de tot i per una quantitat molt assequible. Es podria demanar més cura en la neteja dels detalls i en els acabats de l'habitació (tubs a la vista), pols eterna a les pales d'un ventilador, oli de greixar la porta regalimant per la mateixa... No hi ha espai per grans equipatges ni per muntar-hi una festa, por ser complicat trobar-hi l'accés, pots fer cua per accedir a l'ascensor, si arribes fora de l'horari pots tenir algun problema de comunicació... Si això no us suposa un problema endavant, és una opció a considerar per una nit d'emergència sense haver de pagar el que demana un hotel "normal" o fins i tot un alberg de moda, un lloc on estareu pagant per una llitera i un bany compartit.

Worse hotel I've ever stayed

When you book on internet it mentions Hotel but when you ask the owner they will say it is a GUEST HOUSE! Very small room and don't even have a small table at all. Not a recommended place to stay more than 1 person. The service from the owner (Male) is poor but the other staff is quite nice and helpful.
