Good Value for Money
Stayed at this hotel during Low-Season so got a good price for the night. Our room was big,quite and comfortable with TV, Safe, Wifi (also sometimes really slow), fridge and 2 bottles of water each day. The offer a cleaning every second day which was sufficient but nothing outstanding.
There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel and few bars, restaurants and food stalls. We did not like the food around there but that has certainly nothing to do with the hotel (check for Boat Noodle House in AoNang which had the best food we could find in the area). To the south end of Nopparat Thara Beach its only 5min walk, however the north end is much nicer (but takes about 30min by foot).
To Ao Nang i would guess its approx. 10min by foot or you take a Songthaew which runs on the beach road. They do not seem to run too often in Low season so be prepared.
One of the Ladies at the front desk seemed annoyed when we asked her about the area or about transportation to the airport. Eventhough she was not exactly unfriendly, she was also not very helpful and did not make us feel welcome. The other staff was very nice and helpful though.
