"This place is paradise. There’s no better view in Railay than from poolside at Phutawan. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are amazing. Best resort on the island, will stay anytime I’m in Railay!"

"Excellent location and great room. The pool is closed for maintenance June/July 2026 which is on their hotel website but was not mentioned in Expedia. We wanted to hit the beach so it was not a big deal but would have been nice to know."
