"It's perfect location to do everything. Museum is next door. Staff were excellent."

"Very great stay, food was delicious and the staff were fantastic and went the extra mile for us! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!"

"From the moment I arrived until the morning I left, the service was A+. The rooms were great, and having a restaurant right on the property was a wonderful convenience. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kraków!"

"The location of this adult only hotel is perfect! Reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely room with en suite, and a welcome bottle of Prosecco! Daily housekeeping was thorough. Daily buffet breakfast was exceptional! If I were to return to Krakow I would certainly stay here again!"

"Close to old town. Friendly, excellent service"

"The room was clean. It is small but ample enough for us, we spent most of the days exploring the city and surrounding areas. It is just a few steps from the main square with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helped us finding a polish restaurant nearby. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The only thing not done was the pods for the coffee machine were not replenished, so had to ask reception a couple of times for them. Breakfast was mainly continental...

"Beautiful place, but you have to fix the WiFi, which doesn’t work outside the lobby"

"Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again."

"Room is clean, staff is nice and good location."

"Very clean hotel."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff."

"Nice and close to the train station. Very good staff. We moved here from the Ibis Budget next door after needing another night in the area. This room was $50 AUD more per night than the Ibis Budget, however the room was not as good as the Ibis Budget room."
