"I always trying to book this hotel on my long way to home.This hotel is giving me 100% chance to sleep well, eat a good quality food and stay in very convenient area, which is cover all my needs during the journey. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Everyone is ready to help. Only one thing made me disappointed during my last stay is significant price rises for the room and dinner in the Ibis Restaurant. I would like to have some discounts for return customers. "The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe...

"Dette var et delikat,innbydende hotell, vennlig og imøtekommende personalet. Rommet romslig, rent og flott. Helt ok temperatur, deilig med vannkoker på rommet, og fint bad. Frokosten var fortreffelig. Igjen fint presentert , godt utvalg , nydelige brødvarer. Masse god frukt og fine kaker, pannekaker også. Spiste også middag i restaurant , maten var god, servicen bra. "I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The apartment we had was immaculately clean, had all we needed and the staff above and beyond to we had everything we could want. There is a small supermarket, a bakery and an off licence across the street which were very handy. Galleria Krakowska and the train station were just a couple of minutes walk away. A 5 minute bimble to the Barbican and another 5 to the market square. I will definitely return to Cracow Central 10/10"

"We booked this aparatment at very short notice as are original booking was not a hotel.So not expectating that much but was very surprised we really enjoyed our stay her the roooms were all clean and tidy with good room servic. The staff answered did there best to help with any problems we had as they arose and they were able to look after our bags on our final day before leaving late that night. Breakfast and the un hotal dining were both excellent and would have no problem staying here again...
