"It's perfect location to do everything. Museum is next door. Staff were excellent."

"Very great stay, food was delicious and the staff were fantastic and went the extra mile for us! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!"

"El desayuno es bastante bueno y la ubicación del hotel excelente"

"Great hotel with super staff and location right on the square made it the perfect location for us. Hotel sorted out out transfer to and from airport and super efficient and friendly. Thank you"

"Close to old town. Friendly, excellent service"

"The room was clean. It is small but ample enough for us, we spent most of the days exploring the city and surrounding areas. It is just a few steps from the main square with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helped us finding a polish restaurant nearby. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The only thing not done was the pods for the coffee machine were not replenished, so had to ask reception a couple of times for them. Breakfast was mainly continental...

"Beautiful place, but you have to fix the WiFi, which doesn’t work outside the lobby"

"Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again."

"Room is clean, staff is nice and good location."

"Very clean hotel."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff."

"Great fast response when dealing with the hotel . Just left disappointed that I looked at the family room and thought no that’s a child’s bed and saw they had a room with double bed and twin so booked that but turns out that’s the family room with the small bed which is located by the window and cold draft … also very uncomfortable"
