"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"An amazing place, with great friendly staff. Good location in the old town near the castle yet quite in the evening. The Jewish Quarter is just 5 mins away. The breakfast is a high point too and you can order as much as you wish. Can't fault the room it has everything you need."

Only slight negative is there are bars over the other side of the road and you can hear people outside them late at night/ early morning. It isnt to bad though because the hotel is 2 floors up."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. "We loved everything about Hotel Senacki! We walked miles every day to see as much of Krakow as possible. The windows in our room opened up to the beautiful square. We were regaled with opera singing, violin playing, and accordion music. The linens were excellent and unscented. The bed was perfectly comfortable. "Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Small kitchen was a bonus. Would have preferred a basic microwave rather than a coffee machine though. Located very close to the Old Town Square, bars and restaurants. Apartments are situated on a narrow, one way street which was very noisy with vehicles and revellers especially at the weekend."

"The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, adjacent to all main attractions. My room was great, a recent remodel, logical and practical layout, one exposed brick and stone wall and a log ceiling. The back of the hotel is organized around a courtyard, the courtyard is nice, but it is the only view you get there. All in all, I loved it and I would love to stay longer if my schedule permitted."
