"The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in"

The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). "Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"The location was excellent, very near the bridge with a lovely river view. The receptionist spoke good English and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and lovely. It had everything we needed. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism is, no instructions left on how to use the coffee machine and the hob/stove. It is a filter coffee machine and there was coffee powder but despite trying, I could not work it out. Also, no instruction about the Hob/stove, so we could...

"Was great but the room we got did not match the description or online photos. The photos online show different rooms (could be confused for one room) none of which matched the one we got. The room we got was not as luxurious as shown in the pictures and was very expensive for what it is."
