"A hotel with amazing staff and an extremely helpful owner manager. Beautiful art deco style decor throughout and a lift to all floors as well as stairs, if you would prefer. The reception area is very well kept and the dining area, of to the right, is also. The rooms are delightful, we had good views of the terrace below and could see the main tower in the square from both windows. We had room 8.1 which I believe was a larger bed. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow. Food and groecy shops also being very close as well. Also very easy to get to the Old town from where the hotel is situated"
