"Hello, I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag .. I would definitely recommend...

"I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. Toiletries were also provided The hotel is located 20 mins walk...

"Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. "

"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop.
