"An absolutely fantastic location in the heart of the walled city of Dubrovnik. The room was clean with ample space for a 2-3 day stay. Transportation was arranged for us from the port in Gruz with a driver that waited for us to clear customs after arriving by ferry. Bed was comfortable. Room had modern amenities. Had a little difficulty communicating between owner and hotel staff but nothing that took away from the stay. We would definitely stay again!"

"I loved the patio with tables and chairs and the terrace views were the best. I thought climbing the stairs was a great workout especially after eating Gelato in Old Town. This was a great base for bicycling to Ciro trail in Bosnia, biking Konavle valley, along the coast and inland along the mountain. Epic Croatia was great bike rental. Host was very nice and helpful. Kristina kept the room spotless."

"The location of this property is very convenient, being just outside the Pile Gate. It's only a two-minute walk to get into the heart of the old city, without the necessity of climbing (or descending) many stairs. The communication prior to check-in was fantastic, very informative, and the staff were always very responsive and accommodating. They were even able to arrange a very early private pickup for us at 4:00am to get to the airport for the first flight out of the day. The rooms are a...

"Excellent location, and amazing to stay somewhere so historic. The building dates from the 1500s, there's an 18th-century fresco on the ceiling, and bistros and eateries are just outside the front door. Everything worth seeing was within minutes. The only negative was the condition of the building itself and the clearly aged state of the apartment."

"Amazing!!!"
