"I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. Back then, it stood out for its fresh breakfast offerings and attentive service. Unfortunately, my short stay in November 2025 was a series of frustrations that left me vowing never to return. "Room is clean and staff are friendly"

"Will come back 😎"

"Great location in Chinatown opposite Pentaling St. Room a little worn and couldn’t get TV to work but still a great concept and idea for a couple of nights stay and a novelty in particular for kids. Great AC in the rooms but none in the shared bathroom which was otherwise always clean."

"Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!"
