Wonderful hosts! Everything was great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large (room 1), very clean and had everything we needed. Maria was very attentive and made us feel at home. Very nice breakfast with several choices available. You need a car to get to the main restaurants in town, boat trips etc, but the beach was only a few minutes walk away. Or you can kayak to the beach along the small river at the bottom of the garden (we didn’t, but other guests did).

Owner gave us such a lovely welcome with great suggestions to make Our Stay even better. The 10% Discount at O’Malleys was used twice where we had 2 fantastic reasonably priced meals - beware the Portions are very large

Very helpful staff, amazing shower and great facilities in the room. Really quiet location and definitely recommend for a short stay.

Fantastic view from apartment, very comfortable property. Receptionist extremely helpful and informative giving ideas of what to do and even provided spade and towels for hot water beach

Good space (table, sofa area) two single beds in the kitchen/ sitting area and a king in the separate room. Share bathroom. Laundry facilities (NZD2 coins). No distance to town - easily walkable - with a good range of dining options available in the town. Owner very pleasant on both the check in and out.

Cute and cosy accommodation right by nice bars, restaurants and shops. Also close to beach and marina. The light breakfast provided in the room was a lovely touch. Rooms were clean and the owners were very friendly, accommodating and very knowledgable about exploring Whitianga and the surrounding area. Would definitely book to stay here again when visiting the Coromandel again.

For a solo traveller, the room was much bigger than I expected, with a stunning harbour view. The owner was very generous with information and even gave me a lift around the corner into town as well as showing me a good swimming spot. I was also permitted a late check out and really appreciated the flexibility.

Lovely clean cabin a stone throw away from a superb beach. For a busy beach resort it was very quiet at night. Excellent bar and food on resort site

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, just a short walk to Coromandel Town centre. Staff were helpful; didn't actally meet anyone due to late check-in but they enabled me to gain entry via messaging.
