Perfect room. Pleasant gentleman who checked us in. Short 5 min walk to great beach (early morning we were on the beach alone). Amenities include microwave, mini frig, toaster. Cute town. Hahei Explorer boat ride is informative and about an hour. Cathedral Cove walk is quite nice, but be prepared for some steepness (about 2 miles one way).

Very pleasant stay. Beds in particular deserve a mention- very comfortable. Showers are fairly basic, but water is hot and plentiful. Good value for money. However, it's definitely not an 11 minute walk from Cathedral Cove! It’s more like 45 minutes, and expect lots of walking up and down hills. That said, there's nowhere closer to CC to stay, and parking at the Cove itself is prohibited.

Lovely spot to stay. Right in the heart of the little town. Easy walk to beach. Room was very clean. Nice little back patio. Convenient parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good little place very close walk to the beach. Nice atmosphere and plenty of space in two bed apartment/cottage. Quiet even though right next to a couple of eateries and a shop. Very convenient location so we walked around. Fantastic beach. A couple spaces outside to eat your meals. One thing to note: bed is very very soft. A bit bouncy and a little small for us but we dealt with it. Overall, very happy wi

Good option in Hahei

Great location in Hahei - right amongst everything and an easy walk to the beach. Lovely gardens attracting plenty of bird life. Pleasant unit with a large comfortable bed. There was a small outdoor area with a table and sun lounger to enjoy the sunshine. We didn’t book the self contained option - it had a fridge and microwave but using the unit’s cups or plates was awkward to wash as the only option was the bathroom sink.

This was a lovely unit with a great back garden where we could eat our take away dinner outside. The facility provided beach towels, a shovel (for Hot Water Beach), is convenient to the beach, and the bed and cushioned window seat were great. The chief complaint was there is no sink, other than the bathroom sink, in which to do dishes. A bathroom sink is not really a sanitary solution for dishes. We hope that the resort owners take the dishes used in any unit and run them through a dishwasher before the next guest arrives. Other than that, it was great.
