"We stayed here 1 night for easy access to Nintendo Museum. Check in is 4pm and our reservation was 4.30, so we were worried it'd be a bit tight. We let the host know and the team were great at getting us checked in quickly and smoothly and set up for our museum trip. Honestly we're a bit sad we only stayed 1 night! It feels like staying in someone's house and the local neighborhood is quiet but still has restaurants and shops nearby. Walking along the canal in the morning we had a lovely chat...

"Will say this start is best for no more than 2 people and you definitely get the experience of living there. Next to the best barbecue restaurant I’ve ever eaten as well and close to convenience stores."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Feels like a cozy home. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent as well, 5 minute walk to Tofukuji station which will connect you to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this amazing place."
