He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town. "Amazing stay, beautiful room with everything you need for a luxury trip, fresh towels and supplies in bathroom and water each day, maid service excellent and always very clean and perfect each day! Reception very friendly and held our bags after check out and offered us toilets etc to use when collecting! Close to lots of restaurants and shops so would recommend to all! "

All the way perfect location. Very well maintained authentic medieval property with all new modern amenities inside. Very helpful, proactive and warm staff and owner. Clean, everything is working.
