"Basically this hotel was good eventhough there are some inconvinience. First of all the room wasn't that big, the cleanliness of the room was also poor. The bed wasn't comfortable, it is hard. But the view was amazing, and the breakfast is still ok. The service was also nice. The hotel is very near to the city centre. So overall this hotel was good. *recommended*"

"I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel."

"3階か4階が受付でエレベーター無し階段のみです。荷物少のわたしにはその分リーズナブルという感じでとても良かったです。荷物巨大な方はキツいかもしれません。1階にコンビニや飲食店も有り、鉄道寧波駅から徒歩圏内で月湖も歩いて直ぐで立地はとても良いです。"

"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean.
