"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We received exceptional service from the check in front desk. The service manager and staff were great. The complimentary breakfast and bikes were really appreciated. We did not get to use the pool because it is too cold in this season. Location was also convenient. The only issue we had was how the toilet was positioned in the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 5’5”. Overall we loved our stay. "

"We had an amazing two-night stay! The family running the homestay is incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. The room was great, and we loved spending time by the pool. The food was delicious, and having bike rentals on-site was the perfect way to explore the town. Highly recommend!"

They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in)."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. "Lovely place, with lovely, friendly, helpful, and hospitable family owners who mange the hotel. There is a full service restaurant in the hotel. Location great for downtown Tam Coc, and easily walkable. The hotel also rents bicycles and small motorcycles. It is a new hotel in excellent shape, and very nice rooms. It does get a little noisy around 6 am, when life outside the hotel begins, and that might be a consideration for some. Vista Tam Coc is a lovely place with lovely owners. I’ll stay...

He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room. "Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Familie, die sich um das Hotel kümmert, ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – ganz nah am Zentrum von Tam Coc und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider habe ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt.
