"Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Familie, die sich um das Hotel kümmert, ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. "Highly recommend! Location is perfect — it is not in the busy center which often has traffic/difficult for Grab pick up but the hotel is still walking distance to everything! There’s a route to the center which avoids the busy streets. The restaurants around were delicious. Free bicycles were perfect for bike rides. Breakfast had many options from simple toast and eggs to Vietnamese foods; the plate of fruits were fantastic. Air conditioning worked great especially during the unbearable summer...

"Centrally located in heart of Tam Coc with easy access to restaurants and shops. Rooms are large and clean, though common areas are rather old. But the helpful staff more than made up for it, including preparing a takeaway breakfast as we had an early morning departure, and transporting our suitcases to the main road via motorbike as the bus / pick up vans cannot drive up to the property. The property is located in a small alley which is accessible only on foot "

"We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc). "The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others."
