Great service from all the staff, Vy at the reception was very helpful and the young lady serving breakfast ( I forgot her name ) was always professional and very kind. Very good bicycles provided, beautiful pool and such a nice dining room. They even brought a birthday cake in my room! We absolutely recommend the Pataco!"

"Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Familie, die sich um das Hotel kümmert, ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – ganz nah am Zentrum von Tam Coc und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider habe ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. "We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it.
