"The room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. I didn't realize I booked a Castle View room until I looked out the window at night and saw the specular view of the Castle. Wow!"

"The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful from check in to check out. Location could not have been any more convenient. 2min walk to Ebisucho Metro station and 5 min walk to Shinsekai. I highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again."

"Didn’t stay the entire time and left halfway thru my trip. The area is ok, nothing too wild to write home about. Next room neighbours are noisy, they are super strict about room cleaning times and if you’re off by a few mins they leave you a note saying no they won’t clean your room. Was so turned off by it I just ended up checking out early."
