"Loved this resort for the scenic views. Breakfast is delicious at their restaurant and grab and go coffee with pastries are very good. Clean rooms."

"They said check in was 4 no earlier which was fine but they were unorganized and didn’t get us checked in till after 4. By the time we got to the room, we got in and realized the toilet barely worked and the shower Drain was completely clogged. So the water didn’t drain properly and created a pool at your feet I booked a two bed room I was traveling with two other adults and they only had one bed in the room and refused to rectify it and fix their mistake. They then blamed it on Expedia and...

"Our room was clean and comfortable, but bathroom fixtures have not been kept up. I just expected more for what we paid. A similar location and sized room on Maui was much nicer than this one was for similar money. Our room was ocean front, which was nice, but the beach was not really useable and there are homeless people living along the property who even lit fires. Bathrooms were closed, bar was closed and an area was roped off due to “falling debris”. These areas were in a state of disrepair. Maybe due to a recent storm, however, there was no mention of it prior to or during checkin. Also disappointed that they would charge $25 for a one hour extension to the check out. Been to a lot...

"Good attitude"

"Only positive thing-room was clean. Overall view-the accommodations looked like a jail cell. No windows to speak of. The air conditioner lacked controls. Would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. Have second thoughts of using Expedia in the future."

"Great, central location. Smooth check-in process. Clean, well-maintained property."

"There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...
