"Very likable little place. More homey than a hotel. Gracious host. Generous breakfast. There are some convenient and tasty food options nearby. Its a bit of a walk to get up or down the hill to the town or the ruins in the heat of day. Street parking was free and fairly attainable. Do be prepared for the small cash city tax at checkout. 4€ per night. Why can this not be included at booking time? Bring an Italian (type c) vs continental europe power adapter. (Type f)"

"Not recommended. We reserved an apartment with view towards the temple and we received view towards a tree and a pathway where all the workers passed by. The receptionist said “picture on Expedia are just orientative, shot on the best apartment we have, not on real one”. Dirty bathtub, dirty toilet, ear pads and toiletries not replenished. Worth 3 stars the most."

"The best hotel to stay at. The host was very friendly. We were only guest so he treated us like royalty. The parking was hard so once parked, no need to use it. We told him we wanted earlier breakfast and he gave us early breakfast. "

Il proprietario che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato dove cenare e cosa visitare. La colazione si puo' fare alla Gelateria distante circa 100 mt. "Very nice room, spacious with a beautiful view of the Valley of the Temples. Easy walking distance to the old town (only about 5 minutes) with a number of restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. Street parking was easily available. And the hostess Lara was very accommodating, friendly and helpful."

"The hosts - Fabio and Sandro were wonderful. Fabio even walked over to meet us from the car. The room was perfect and the breakfast was sumptuous. "

"The villa is pretty, the room was large and elegant, and the immediate surroundings is lush and well maintained. There were two issues, though. First, once out of the villa the neighborhood is a busy and noisy commercial strip with endless traffic and no sidewalks. Second was the breakfast. The promised breakfast (with attractive photos!) ended up not available. Instead we were given a budget of 3.50 Euro per person to spend at a neighborhood bar. "Good location, free parking in the street, room confortable with great view. Only caveat is all the shower had a lot of shower heads but several were not working (but the normal shower was working)"

"It was a very nice with a full kitchen, including refrigerator. There was a modern bathroom with a nice shower. The room is on the 11th floor of the building but there's an elevator so no problem. It was quiet on that floor. You're really close to the train station which is great. Claudio, the host, the good job communicating with me during my stay and was attentive to anything I needed."

"perfectly located one block off a main street in the middle of historic district. Wonderful accommodations with lots of nice amenities including espresso in the kitchenette and drinking water. Would definitely recommend and visit again!"
