"The staff was super nice, especially Naomi, she helped us with our booking at the hot springs and was super helpful. The location was perfect, a street away from the busyness of Ximending! "

"Staff was great. Very helpful with everything. Fun part of Taipei to be in. Right off the red line, exit 6. Easy to get to everywhere in the city. Good breakfast buffet. Small space being in Taipei but very nice room. Would stay again. "
"Hotel is accessible to MRT Ximen Station , short walk to the station and the hotel location is perfect for travelers, it's in Ximending Area, lot's of stores to explore if you want to shop around and they also have night markets in ximending. Rooms are clean and with strong internet access. Not a fancy hotel like Marriott but a good hotel to stay if you just need a place to rest, sleep and shower for daily activities in Taipei. "
"The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The location was ideal for our needs. Near where the shopping is, best street foods, evening fun for all ages, etc. "
"For the price it was pretty good. The room was large and my bathroom was enormous with an opening widow! The air conditioning was effective, however, noisey. There was a tea kettle, cups and tea bags and a fridge. The carpet was extremely worn and looked pretty disgusting. The bed was very comfortable and really clean. Housekeeping was great and came each day. 2 Water bottles were provided each day. I stayed for 10 days. I had arranged an airport pickup ahead of time, via email and confirmed with a call to Tin tin (the staff members name) at the hotel, however, no one was there to meet me. I took the MRT and it was fantastic, quite easy to use and local people are very helpful and friendly. I used a driver from the hotel to go back to the airport (going at a bad time for the MRT and I had shopped!) and the driver was brilliant, very quick safe and clear communications. So the hotel although pretty average due to the state of the carpet was worth the $$'s. It was about 1,700NTD through Expedia, however, I stayed another night due to an airline disruption and it was only 1,100NTD. Unfortunately, the Expedia reservation was always difficult to find on the Expedia system and although I asked for assistance I never received any. A shame because Expedia used to be a great way to book accommodation. Thanks Liho Hotel."
