The showers and baths were an added bonus as we didnt know that it would include the hot bath, really good to come back to that after a long day. "Amazing price for our room and two meals! We stayed one night, with dinner and breakfast included at an amazing price, we were so impressed. The fact that you get free drinks at check in and with dinner is incredible given the rates in low season. Amazing deal! Please keep in mind that you really need your own transport to stay here. The hotel is off by itself, with great views, but nothing immediately nearby. "

"I’m so glad we stayed at the Fairfield. The room was a good size with things placed perfectly to maximize the space. Facility felt new and clean. Laundry machines were awesome! "If you want to take a step off the beaten track in Japan this is a very good option. The hotel is situated in a very good place to explore the Kyoto on Sea area (this is not Kyoto city). The Hotel will send a minibus at certain times of day to pick new visitors up from the railway station. The hotels offers visitors free bike hire for 4 hours and is relatively close to the bus route for exploring other parts of the area. As this is not a city you are limited in the immediate area for places...
