"Great location, walking distance to the shore and attractions. Walking distance to the hills, botanical garden. Great service, hellful staff. Superb breakfast buffet."

"Without a doubt the most uncomfortable, hard bed I have ever slept on in my life. I got no sleep and my whole body is sore today. It is just a mattress on the floor. We saw this hostel had good reviews and made the horrible mistake of booking it. Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. It is pretty well kept but if you put any value at all on a good night’s sleep - go somewhere else. I have stayed in well over 400 hotels in 50+ countries and this is the worst bed I have ever slept on. Worse than a...

"good！"

"This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...
