"La casa es muy bonita y bien equipada. Sector muy tranquilo, a unos 10 minutos a pie de microbuses y 15 aprox a pie a la estación de metro más cercana. No tuve problemas"

"This hotel is nice has a nice inside the rooms are very lovely but my real issue was the cleaning of the room I mean it was a cleaning done like in 2 mins and barely done I left trash all nice and together for them to take make it a little easier then leaving things around and they didn’t take it bathroom was almost never cleaned but other than that everything else was fine free laundry room close to bus station to take you around Kyoto it just needs a better job at cleaning"

"Wifi hardly ever worked during our stay. It was extremely disappointing as we needed wifi access. On the checkout date, the cleaners came in without ringing a door bell first just before 10am check out time."

"The hotel has nice lobby and rooms. Close to Kyoto station, cost only about 800 yen to hotel, and close to few cultural sites. The staffs are friendly, and helpfull. I and my wife love the japanese breakfast thwy served."

"The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature. Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again."

"My wife and son stayed for three nights. The hotel was good value, the included breakfast and amenities were wonderful. The position is a bit removed from the centre of Kyoto but a great position if you want somewhere a but quieter and it's walking distance to the Inari shrine with the 10,000 gates and some good local food options like ramen etc. Only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the room as it was too dark for us at night with everything switched on."
