"亀の井鴨川に以前に行って大変良かったので色々行ってみたいと思い、青梅に今回行ったらお風呂は古くさい、ご飯は美味しくない、子供の遊ぶスペースはない、たかが卓球が有料で、退屈しました。サービスが少なすぎます。もう行きません。"

"I had some issue with the water not working in their annex hotel , but staff contacted their other hotel, a short walk away where the water was on and I could shower. The rooms themselves, especially the bathrooms seem not quite dirty, but a little shoddy. If you're in a tight bind and need somewhere cheapish to stay, then it's fine. The staff are very polite and helpful"

"いつもホテルメッツを利用させてもらっています 立川も非常に綺麗で良かったです ただ、1点だけ、洗面所のハンドソープが不満でした 水で薄められていたのか、泡タイプのディスペンサーなのに泡にならず、何度も押さないと洗えなかったです。"
