"Great staff great space, nice clean and the design of this hotel is such an art piece! :) however it’s a bit complicated to get in, you have to go to the B1F to pass another room door to the elevator to get to your room floor, it’s a bit like a maze! Not recommended for claustrophobic… overall, beautiful stay!!"

"Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV - meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!"
