"This is a brand new hotel and everything works well. Staff are friendly and very helpful, gave me a lot of pointers as to where to eat around the hotel. Cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not have the chance to sample their breakfast, their air conditioning works a bit too well as I had to turn them to a higher temperature so it would not be too cold. Overall, this is a really good hotel with good location, great staff and good rooms!"

"Good hotel but a little dated. There are very few places to store luggage and only one luggage rack. there is no drawer space and little hanging room meaning that you are living out of your suitcase. The location is second to none with easy access to the MRT."

"First of all the room size is amazing, it is quite spacious for the location. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We traveled with a toddler, and they helped us make our experience as comfortable as possible. The added benefit was breakfast. Being a vegetarian we did not have to struggle, we still had multiple options and cuisine to suit our taste and preference. The location is also very good, walking distance from any public transport as well as shopping centres within walking distance. All in all we had a memorable stay. Thanks to Maithy, Rachel, Asik and Reda."

"Nice stay in Singapore. Hotel was at a reasonable price and offered good value for money. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early from a morning arrival. The rooms were quite small but not a problem if not planning to spend a long time in the room. They were cleaned daily and towels replaced. Location is slightly out of the centre of Singapore but close to Haji street and Arab district. There is also a bus station right outside which goes to key areas such as Gardens by the bay."

"Overall, we think this hotel is good value. Things that we liked- the common kitchen, complimentary tea/coffee, gym, availability of laundry machines, water cooler to provide chilled water, rooms were mostly comfortable and clean. However, improvements could be made to make the rooms outstanding, one of which is to put more hooks on the walls to make up for lack of counter space."
