"My stay felt like a top notch experience. My only complaint was the door to the parking lot would not open using my key card. Even the desk clerk failed to operate the door properly. This necessitated my going around the building to use the front entrance. One other point is the pet area was a small strip and had rough grave (rocks) as a base. My pet refused to take advantage of this amenity. Otherwise, a great experience."

"The beds were comfortable. We had a few issues. We arrived after a 12 hr drive really tired. My hubby used bathroom and the toilet didn't have enough water to flush it down so we used trash can full of water to flush .I called front desk twice ,house keeping once no answere. We gave up for about 1 hr. We noticed a odd noise like someone was hitting a pipe with a rubber mallet this went on every few seconds all night and next morning. Our shower had a drip that wouldn't stop. I finally got in...
