"また泊まりまいです。"

"家内が街を散策中に転倒して骨折しましたが、スタッフの皆さんが救急病院に連絡を取ったり、冷やすための氷や車椅子など準備してくれたりして非常に親切にして頂きました。朝食時も皆さんからお声がけくださり、大変でしたが気持ちよく過ごすことができました。怪我が回復したら再度泊りに行きたいと思います。"

"チェックインの時間が少し遅かったのもありますが、浴衣が選べなかったのが少し残念でした"

"Staff amazing, hotel clean. Location pretty good one stop from Kyoto or a 20 min walk. Hotel was clean and felt very modern. Little downsides were loved the coffee stations but if your rooms near it you will hear the grinder and the chatting. Apart from that felt like a good local hotel."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. A note for Americans and Europeans--this is a Japanese business-style hotel. It is small and functional and perfect as such. It is not a big resort hotel. It is not a spacious room for you to spread out in. It is functional and perfect for those who are there to enjoy the place and not the hotel itself. The hotel is wonderful and the staff are extremely nice. They are helpful with recommendations and holding luggage and very accommodating. The beds are a...

"Unforgettable. Just try it."

"Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."

"Kamar cukup besar, bersih dan nyaman, suasana sekitar tenang dan ada restaurant di lantai 2 makannya cukup enak tapi tidak terlalu mahal"

"Couldn't ask for any better. Very helpful staff and an excellent hotel well located in the heart of Kyoto."

"Very good hotel. The rooms was very nice and clean and it is in a nice quiet location. The only downside was the windows had a curtain you could not open it seemed. Lovely staff and comfy room, though."

"Stayed in the room with a private bath, and its own interior water feature/mineral water stream. Possibly the best room(s - it was more of a suite) I’ve ever stayed in. Clean tatami mats, lovely meal, great private bath - we spent a lot of our visit just sitting next to the small waterfall/stream and reading."

"It’s a good hotel that had a good bang for buck in Kyoto. That being said, the property was not very well maintained (specially the paint was peeling a bit off and the AC was louder than others I’ve seen at other hotels) that being said, the property is being renewed at the moment and I expect it to improve once the renovations are complete."

"When I walked into this space I felt like I was a millionare that could actually afford a place like this! The pictures are real! First place we stayed that had room service breakfast for free! It was just so lovely and delicious!! I felt like royalty! EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects!!"

"Beautiful property and great location"
