"Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297). Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Eve thing clean, nice staff and everything is close to the property"

"Great location, amazingly kind and helpful staff, wonderful amenities."

"The hotel is old and dated and nowhere near as good as the pictures suggest."

"We stayed in room 3 and although there was a disclaimer about the noise from the street, it did not mention how bright the room is even during the nighttime. We found it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. One side of the mattress sloped and it could stand to be replaced. We also found the common areas to be in...

"Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was...

"Lovely place."

"We were traveling with 2 other couples. We all reserved 1 bedroom units. We were all upgraded to 2 or 3 bedroom units, which was nice but only two of us were in close proximity. We were near the bottom of the hill and the other couple was at the very top. It would have been nice if we could have all been together. The rooms were nice, the only complaint I have is the AC unit above the bed in the main bedroom was quite noisy. The staff was very friendly and we loved the full refrigerator...
