This hotel is excellent! The staff were so swift and friendly. The onsen is beautiful and relaxing, and the sauna is clean and comfortable. If I had to make one criticism, it’s that the pillows were a little hard, but other than that, this was overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located in the center and close to the Castle, which is nice. There are many guests—almost too any, and the restaurant and spa were often crowded. The room was fine although I didn’t need cleaning after the first night.

Good location, surrounded by convenient shops. It has it's own parking places. The room was a bit small but manageable for 2 persons and few days staying. Amazing thing was it has private onsen and provide free yogurts and ice cream after the onsen, and also free ramen in the evening. Walking distance to a few attractions such as the Kumamoto castle.

If you want both the convenient distance from Kumamoto Castle and the famous Japanese big bath with SAUNA, this is it! They also offer very convenient laundry system at very reasonable (or I'd say too great deal) price which is really helpful when you travel in Japan. The facility is super clean, with cheerful staffs, and we really enjoyed tasty 'Yonaki-soba' (warm noodle service in the evening).Thank you for the memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Sakura machi mall with lot of dining options. There is also a park next to it and in holiday time they put a Christmas market. The roof top onsen is the most important part, relaxing and fun. They offer free ramen and popsicle.
