"The room was very small could barely fit three beds in there the staff were wonderful very nice very accommodating very kind the breakfast was excellent. A good value overall what made it extra special was the incredible buffet breakfast once again the room was very small three beds barely anything else fit in it."

"Very clean, friendly, central, and had a few amenities, they supplied clean towels everyday and could clean your room if you request it, , good and nice they have the Kumamoto Castle, super nice, they had samurai’s goo you to take pictures either the, the have a long waking area with lots of shops that you can buy souvenirs !! They have a lot of tille restaurants and cafes to try different things!! I needed more time in this city ! I loved it!!"

"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una báscula para pesar maletas .Tuvimos que usar un parking con convenio ya que el coche era más alto que el techo(cuidado), el encargado del parking estaba preocupado por si nos perdiamos. La habitación era conveniente, más grande que lo normal del país. Los baños estaban algo viejos, oxido alrededor de sanitarios. En la planta 3 había lavandería, al llegar olía bastante a tabaco."
