Pros: Located right smack outside the tram station, subway which is really convenient when I arrived from Hakata. The Toyota rent a car is also near the area so easy to pick up. Staffs were friendly, rooms are clean. sufficient amenities like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Beside the Amu Plaza which is really convenient for shopping, except that everything closes at 8PM. Bed was really comfortable, I had a good sleep. My room faced the mountain view which I'm grateful for.
Cons: Small rooms, I booked Moderate double room and it's really small, I have big luggages so it's a bit squeezy. My room faced the subway station so sometimes you can hear the announcement but it's not very loud but it might be light uncomfortable to people who are very sensitive to sounds.
