"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The pictures online looked fine, but they did not match the actual condition of the room when I arrived at the hotel. It did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While the excellent customer service was a positive, the cleanliness and comfort of the room need...

"Great place to stay for the price. I stayed on the 5th floor which do not have balcony’s but was nice where I was facing. Rooms are outdated, TV was hard to use, no phones in room to call the front desk. Also - certain sound can be clearly heard from other rooms. But, if you’re there to enjoy the island as I did, easy things to overlook. Lastly, the sauna was a great time!"

"Great hotel on a convenient location near the main street of Waikiki, the beach and Ala Moana. We enjoyed the welcome wine and cheese event, the small gym and pool and the spacious room with an ocean view."

"Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, consisting mainly of cereal, oatmeal, coffee, Hawaiian bread, small donuts, and yogurt. Expanding the selection to include items such as eggs, French toast, pancakes, orange juice, fresh fruit, and muffins would create a more varied and appealing experience."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."
