"Impeccable service! So we did not indicate that we have two children joining us as we always do when we book our accommodation. The owner couple accommodated us in all ways, providing the children with meals and even remaking the bed such that it fit the four of us.

"The check in process was complicated compaired to all the other accomodations we have stayed.there ead no welcome pack, dirty and worn out kitchen sponge, the photis on the internet are misleading, they advertise that there is a wash room upstairs but it was 2 tiny basins with cold water only. The onsen indoors was dirty so we had to scrub it clean to then use it, there was 1 mirror so the six of us were fighting for it in the morning. No umbrellas and it rained the time we were there.
