I appreciate how convenient is the room with everything I need within reach The tissue box, the dustbin etc all placed strategically with the convenience of the guest in mind The hotel reception and the room are neat and tidy.

Great hotel, a bit out of town

A very nice hotel at a very fair price. We did make an error in not checking the location. It is about 30 minutes out of central Kurashiki. This required a local train which runs every 30 mins or so. There were some restaurants close by and we both enjoyed the Onsen baths. So swings and roundabouts but enjoyed our stay.

The room was very dusty. Beds were hard and the pillow was a joke. It’s like sleeping without one. Transportation was difficult unless we wanted to ride the ultra slow train. The staff was nice and helpful but I would not stay at this location again.

急な用事で前日に明日泊まれそうな宿を急いで探したので、事前情報も軽く目を通したくらいで行きましたが、結論とても満足でした。 フロントは無いと書いてありましたが、ありました。 宿泊、朝食の説明もあり、子どもにもちょっとしたプレゼントもいただきました。 お部屋も入り口部分が広く荷物も余裕で置け小さい子ども夫婦なら十分な広さでした。 シャワーの水圧がとても強く疲れていた体には癒しにもなりました。 朝食も食べれたらなんでもと思って行きましたが、種類も多く和洋あったので、子どもも大人も大満足でした。 強いて言えば貸し出しアメニティが充実していたのに気付いたのが帰り際だったので、チェックインの時に案内していただきたかったです。

朝食メニューも和洋種類多くて満足 部屋も綺麗 大浴場は小さめですが清潔で女湯は入る前にカードキーで入室するというセキュリティもしっかりでした ただチェックインの時のスタッフさん… おひとり早口で聞き取りにくく笑顔もなく 浴室のカードキーの事が最初よくわからなかったです そこだけが少し残念。いいホテルだと思うから余計に 他の方は笑顔が素敵で接客態度もとても気持ち良いものだと思いました
