"It was an ok location, but not the cleanest place dirty carpets a 3 nights stay we had to call for room service the first night second day didn’t come at all when we called someone came and bought some clean towels but didn’t clean the room at all after paying good money we expected to at least get room service very poor service we will definitely not go back there"

"First time we stayed in this hotel and altough it was only for a few hours overnight, we were very happy with the amenities, customer service and location. At check out we received packed breakfast and we also had free airport transfer. The rooms are very clean and so are the bathrooms which are equipped with everything one would need for a refresh."

"Fantastic location, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Only one note: there is no night stand in the room, it would be nice to have a night stand with a drawer to put glasses or phone on. But it was still a nice stay for us."

"The hotel is very close to Metro line 3, which makes it quick and convenient to get around the city. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel has air-conditioning (it's a little tricky to use - check the guest guide for more info). The breakfast had a variety of foods to please most palates. All in all a great place and great stay. They offer cold filtered water which their guests can use to fill their water bottle (a blessing in a heatwave). If I ever return to Budapest, I will choose this hotel...
