"This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. "Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. "

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
