Simple but good, there is no fridge in the room But other then that would visit again for the price and location The gym is not.good but the pool was nice to have in the heat

Lacking basic things

Not the best or the worst, the service was lacking a lot, we told them five times that there was no hot water in the room and the didn’t fix it… there was stains on the bedsheets and the cleaning was average. But the area around the hotel is fine and the price was reasonable.

私の宿泊した部屋には隣の部屋に続くドアがあり、そこから全ての生活音が聞こえてきた。ある程度は気にならないが、深夜2時になっても静かにならないのには正直参った。 更には別の夜には従業員が何かの作業を始め壁を擦る音が深夜まで聞こえてきた為に夜眠れないこともあった。 またその作業途中、禁煙部屋の筈の部屋内で喫煙していた様子で、そのドアからタバコの匂いが漂ってきた。 あまりにも不快な為、ドアの無い部屋に交換して欲しいことを受付に伝えたが、今は空きがないから対応できないと断られた。しかし毎日必ずチェックアウトする客はいる筈だから対応はできた筈だ。せっかくのコロナ明けの久々のバリ島滞在を毎日寝不足で過ごすことになった。 そういう意味では良い点数はつけられない。

Liten pool som låg mitt i reception. Väldigt tråkiga rum som vid första anblick såg okej ut. Men när man tittar närmare så är det hål i sängkläder, dåligt städat, spruckna kakelplattor, vattenskador i taket osv. Det ligger lite off från alla aktiviteter och 15-20min promenad till stranden. Ac funkade inte. Ganska lyhört. Tråkig frukost. Vi valde att checka ut tidigare än vad vi hade bokat, för att vi inte trivdes.

Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig im Zentrum von Kuta. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist eine Haltestelle des Kura Kura Busses erreichbar, der eine preisgünstige, weit verzweigte Verbindung ermöglicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist abwechslungsreich, gut und preiswert, insgesamt ein ausgezeichntes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Wartungsbedarf auf meinem Zimmer: Fenstergriff ist lose und dadurch ist das Fenster nur schwer zu öffnen/schließen; das große Deckenlicht ist defekt, so dass abends nur wenig Licht vorhanden ist und die Kartenautomatik, die das Licht ein-/ausschaltet funktioniert nicht, so dass ständig eine zweite Karte eingesetzt war. Schade, denn die Reparaturen sind im Grunde nicht aufwendig.

Hotel is further away from the beachfront than thought and is catering mostly for domestic and Asian tourist. Hotel staff, with the exception of one staff member, are courteous and helpful were possible.

Breakfast was disgusting, no one speaks English, house keeping didn’t clean room properly, bed sheets were either ripped or stained, bed sheets were not even big enough for the bed and I kept waking up in the morning to find sheets were on the floor. For a country that relies so heavily on tourism, this hotel sucks for the industry. Would not recommend to anyone.

Neat and tidy!

We were only here for a few hours. The room was clean. The air con was a little bit dodgy... cool enough- but could be so much better! The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. As a whole- an above average place!

Warning to all Australians!

I stayed at this resort and on my third night 10000000rp was stolen from my safe! I talked to most of the staff including security and a poor attempt was made to find my money! They offered my breakfast and then said "sorry sir, your booking did not include breakfast"! Well sorry euphoria but you stole $1000 from me! DONT STAY HERE!
