Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com. The hotel is in a perfect location to visit everything, and if you’re arriving by car, the P2 parking is literally just around the corner a few minutes walk. Beautiful spacious room and breakfast included. We ate a beautiful meal for dinner next door at the restaurant given 10% off by hotel. Perfect stay!!!"
