Kyoto Universal Hotel Karasuma
Bed was too hard for me. Asked for extra futon but was not available. Asked for a blanket and slept on top of the futon. Still too hard I felt like I was beaten up after two nights

Hotel Vischio Kyoto by GRANVIA
The hotel was conveniently located, almost across the street from the Kyoto train station. The hotel included washing machine and dryer, a fabulous breakfast and a very cute robot that greeted you in the lobby.
