The hotel is ok, but nothing really out of the ordinary. Staff does speak very limited english, and had to use google translate extensively to communicate.
The room we booked (the largest room they had, the Family Room) is ABSOLUTELY MINUSCULE. It CANNOT fit 4 people. It was more of a non-functional APA Hotel style room (except in APA it does work...). The rooms were somewhat clean, but nothing very thorough. The shelves on top of beds were absolutely dusty. There were papers under the desks. The room was absolutely not cleaned thoroughly.
We did have several incidents during our stay. The safe was non-functional for our entire stay, even though I complained about it daily. First night, the cleaning staff only put 2 towel sets back. I had to go downstairs to request 2 more towels, which the front desk wanted to charge me as "extra". Took a lot of explaining until they finally understood that those were not extra towels.
The second day, we ran out of body soap. Cleaning staff did not replace it, even though we warned them in the morning that it was low. I had to walk downstairs again to request for more in the middle of family showers.
The third and last day was the worse. There was no toilet paper, even though we asked them in the morning that it was also low. When I came downstairs, I started asking for names, the front desk employee refused to share his name. He also refused to share the name and contact of the hotel manager.
I do not recommend this property.
