凄く綺麗で、チェックインはフロントの方の居ない時間帯でしたが、とても分かりやすい手順を事前にメールで送って下さり、また私の行きたい場所の交通アクセスの詳細も事前メールとお部屋の中にも。 至れり尽くせりのサービス有り難うございました。

施設自体はとても清潔で設備、サービス、立地においてパーフェクトでした。 ただし、アウト時に対応して下さった男性が非常に高圧的で不愉快でした。 カードキーを揃えて提出しなかったら尋問するかの様な口調で「部屋に本当にあるんでしょうね？無くされるとこれ結構高いから困るんですよ！」と言われました。私もホテルで働いており同じくカードキーで確かにアウト時に返却をお願いしていますが、お客様が紛失されるのは想定内ですし、そんなに無くされて困るならカードキー以外のシステム導入をお勧めします。 それと宿税、宿帳の記入についてアウト時に請求と確認がありましたが早朝チェックアウトのゲストにはどう対応されているのでしょう。 宿帳の記入をアウト時に「書いたのか、書いていないのか」これも強く追求されましたが、早朝も無人らしいので時間帯によっては全てスルーでチェックアウトできるということでしょうか。 深夜、早朝時間帯の人件費をセーブしてのリーズナブルな宿泊料を実現していらっしゃると思いますので、敢えて不愉快な接客をする方を置いて評判を下げるくらいならずっと無人の方がお客様と会社双方に有益なのではと思いました。 施設自体は先に述べた通りとても素晴らしく、住んでいるように過ごせました。 洗濯機もありがたかったです、ありがとうございました。

とにかく綺麗です、設備も整っていて何も不自由がなく宿泊できました。部屋の広さもあってお家にいる感覚でした。バスなどもありますが、二条城まで歩いても30分程度、お散歩しながら逆に新しい発見もできたりしました。チェックアウトも11時まででゆっくりできました。京都による際にまた泊まりたいと思います。

快適でした

友人との旅行に利用しました。 とてもきれいで広いお部屋でした。 ホテル選びはバスルームと部屋の広さを重視していますが、この価格帯のホテルの中では本当に素晴らしいと思います。 駅からは距離がありますが、タクシーorバスで移動できるので問題ないと思います。 また、京都に行く際は利用したいです。
