料理をしようと考えている人は、調味料が全くないため苦しい。。力の入った料理は設備もレンタル出来る道具では無理。 居心地は非常に良かった。繁華街へも歩けるし、近所にスーパーや100Yenショップ、薬局がありますので、非常に良かった。

駅からも平坦で、近くにはスーパーもあり立地も良かったです。何よりお部屋に入るとメッセージが置かれていて嬉しかったです。カード決済が日付の所から先に進めず使えなかったのが残念でした。

①ホテルの名前が違うので見つけにくかった ②賃貸のワンルームマンション、広くて快適 ③上階の音がかなり響き、朝はその物音足音で目が覚めた ④洗濯機、レンジ、マグカップ、タオル、冷蔵庫、歯ブラシはあるが、寝間着はないので注意！近くに２４時間空いてるフレスコがあり食料品は全部揃う

普通のマンションのようで、部屋自体はその辺のビジネスホテルより広くベッドも広々、洗濯機や大きめの冷蔵庫付き、浴室も広くゆっくりと過ごせた

It was near to shops and food area. Subways can be found nearby. Quite neighborhood which is nice. Allowed early check in if room available, which was very very helpful after a very long flight. Adequate space for a family of 4 adults. Would suggest to put in a dryer for clothes rather than rely on the air dryer only. If cutleries were to be provided that would be great. Loved the handphone equipped with internet available in the room for use to walk around town For the duration of our stay. It was of great help. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Clean and Good Location

It was 5minutes walk from Gojo Station Exit 1. 2 minutes walk to nearby Fresco 24hours Mart & 100 Yen Shop. Very clean studio. Microwave, Kettle, Washing Machine and Ice box provided. Good place if you are travelling with families.

Perfect Family Base For Exploration

Excellent location (1 stop from Kyoto Station, near many bus stops; a number of good restaurants in the area, grocery store and chemists and dollar store nearby). Very little in-person interaction, but everything clean and neat and easy to reach staff if needed. Kitchenette was excellent to have, beds comfortable, everything was just right.

住宿採半自助，櫃檯沒有服務人員，入住時用電話check in,住宿一周以下不會每天來打掃房間，使用過的毛巾丟籃子放門口會有人收走，要新的可以直接到1樓取用，並不會感到不便，但隔音有點差，晚上會聽到樓上的跑步聲，住宿附近有藥妝店跟便利店，周圍為民宅很安靜，走10幾分鐘可到錦市場，交通便利

Extremely spacious for the price!

Coming from a cramped Tokyo hotel room, this was insane for the size of the room and price point. Bed was nice and firm great for my back. Made use of the fridge and microwave in the room. The only weird part was we had to check our selves in and out through a phone.

とても綺麗なお部屋で過ごしやすかったです！近くに24時間のスーパーもあり、長期滞在する場合自炊とかもできる環境にあるので、家族でいくのもオススメです！ コンセントも沢山あって、友達4人と行ったのですが、争奪戦になりませんでした笑

この立地に部屋の広さにバストイレ別でこの価格、他に見たことがないくらい良かったです。コスパ最高でした！ただキッチンの排水溝のゴミが気になりましたが、それくらいは目をつぶっても問題ないかと思えるくらいに満足しました。ありがとうございました！

乾淨的日式公寓

交通很方便，走路五分鐘就可以到街口，往南的地鐵或者往東往北的公車都有，如果走路兩分鐘也有一個公車小站，40分鐘一班的車，如果看好時間很適合不想多走的觀光客。 房間有電視有電腦桌+電腦，小廚房跟洗衣機也有，如果是比較偏背包客式一住就住兩三週的在這也能夠過得很省(樓下走路1分鐘就有一間24小時營業的便宜超市)。 洗衣粉或者鍋具可以在櫃台得到你要的，小缺點是這間沒有找到行李儲存櫃，沒辦法退房之後寄放行李。 沐浴乳是皂式的!! 這大推，我們這團人比較偏好肥皂，她的沐浴乳用起來就跟肥皂一樣。 整體而言乾淨舒服，價位便宜。

The hotel is close to the metro (1 stop from the train station). Very clean and the room have every commodity (fridge, kitchen, washing machine and the bathroom can be used to dry the clothes) Very close to the hotel there is a supermarket open 24h (not a 7eleven a real one)

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable Hotel for family tour

Kyoto subway station Kojuo is near by the hotel. Shopping in the supermarket and drug store is also very convenient because just couple steps away from the hotel. The room is big, clean, and with complete facilities. The service of the front desk is kind and professional. Highly recommend for family tour in only Kyoto city or the cities near by the Kyoto.

Excellent property for a family. Easy walking distance to many of the sites in Kyoto. Clean rooms. Has a kitchen too. They also provide a free cell phone with the room. Couldn't ask for more.

The building and room looks new and clean. The surrounding in the building is very quite. After my laundry, try looking for an iron but was not provided. It will be great if they provide an iron for each individual room.

轉角走出去就有超市跟藥妝，附近還有24小時餐廳，地鐵出來7分鐘內就到飯店，生活機能超方便！ 另外洗髮精是用資生堂的，很棒！

Sehr sauber und im Verhältnis für Japan noch grosse Zimmer. Persönlicher Empfang mit Tipps für Sightseeing. Lage in einer Seitengasse, weg von der Hauptstrasse. Anschluss vom/ zum Bahnhof weniger optimal.

Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem ist man gleich mal im Zentrum und ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre weg. Ausstattung im Zimmer war super, Dimmbares Licht konnte entweder warm oder kalt eingestellt werden, Fernseher in der Badewanne !!! Waschmaschine, Küche, Waage um unsere Koffer zu wiegen usw. uns hat es dort echt an nichts gefehlt. Super Hotel und wenn man sich den Preis ansieht einfach unschlagbar ! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt
